Cybercrime is an emerging trend that is rapidly growing in scope and frequency. Worldwide, this type of crime is the leading means for fraud. Our society continues to become more and more plugged in, and the public expects law enforcement to keep pace with how new technology affects the investigative process, and by extension, crime in general.
